Job Description
• Administration & optimization of SCCM 2012 Servers
• Deployment Database Administration & troubleshooting ( SQL Server)
• Troubleshoot Deployment component [MP, DP, SUP etc.] errors & warning
• SCCM server and client agent Log analysis
• Installation and configuring Deployment Site servers
• Troubleshoot SCCM Client issues observed during the health checks or which are escalated from Service desk/2nd line teams
• Modifying existing deployment infrastructure [Ex. Inventory, Metering, Rules configuration etc.]
• Deployment of application and packages using the deployment tool
• Customized and standard reporting of Deployment, Compliance, inventory
• Patch management solution [Assessment, UAT, deployment, Troubleshooting]
• Assist L2 team in Pilot and production rollout
• Troubleshooting escalated deployment incidents
• Troubleshooting Forefront Endpoint protection issues
